Founder + Executive DirectorBorn and raised in Dakar, Senegal, Jules grew up with limited means but extensive support. Starting as a translator for a non-profit that collaborated with American teams on social and economic projects in rural Senegal, he found a new perspective in the villagers living on less than $1 a day around him. After meeting his now-wife, Reveé (an American), he moved to the U.S. in 2012. Since then, Jules has experienced a wide range of professional backdrops including corporate, mid-size, and small businesses. His opportunities in America have provided invaluable resources and expertise to people in Senegal.
“My experiences in Senegal have shaped who I am today. I am committed to paying forward the opportunities I was once given, providing hope and support.”

Jean Paul Diouf initially worked with a children's NGO in the city of Dakar while completing biblical training. He then continued with a family passion - baking! After receiving certificates as a pastry chef and specializing in viennoiserie (think croissants!), he began producing baked goods for entire villages. However, in the past few years, Jean Paul felt called to return to the Fissell region and began teaching at our sister school in Koberan. He joined Ngonine’s team in 2025.

Creative Director
Molly has been involved with work in Senegal since 2021 as a communicator and creative artist. She is self-taught and loves the challenge of finding meaningful ways to share hopeful and meaningful content. Having only been fulfilled by working with nonprofits, Molly finds joy in sharing about the lives of those in rural Senegal, and how although their lives are wildly different from ours, they're just as valuable and capable of purpose and sustainable change. After living for years in both the mountains of Utah and the beautiful history of London, she now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Christian, and their young daughter, Frieda.
“There is a holy beauty to the culture and colors of Senegal and the multitudes it contains. And a special cuteness to my favorite Ngonine friends - the animals!”

I am a 3rd-grade teacher in Ngonine. Education has been my passion since my teen years - I love serving in this field to contribute to our society’s development and to be part of forming the next generation.
